Hi everyone, Allyson here!
There's not too much to share about myself but I'll give you the basics.
I'm double majoring in math and secondary ed, although I contemplate changing my major every time my classes get a little harder. If I were to change it, I'd most likely switch to being a psych major. There's something about the brain and the way that people act that just interests me to no end.
I spent my time over the summer working and teaching myself how to code. It doesn't seem like much fun but I had to keep my mind active and I did enjoy making money.
Along with working I spent a lot of time with my friends and my family. I value my relationships with people more than anything. Sooo here's a few pictures of the closest people in my life.
Wow, teaching yourself to code is impressive! I want to hear more.
ReplyDeleteSomehow your photos are not coming up on my screen....can others see them?
i can’t see them either, unfortunately
DeleteNot sure why they aren't coming up, hopefully someone can help me after class :)
DeleteI kind of envy the fact that you are good at math and like to do it. I have never been good at math. I also, like the fact that you ride horses. I love horses and have ridden them a few times but not as many times as I would like to.
ReplyDeletewow, congrats on double majoring! i could never put up with the stress, so good for you! and i think it’s awsome that you ride horses, it’s something i’ve always wanted to do!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on double majoring! The education field at Rhode island college is one of the hardest to get through. Many people like me get scared away with the amount of work and classes you have to take in order to graduate! Good job to sticking with it! Don't get scared away push yourself through it!
ReplyDeleteThat's so cool you learned coding! I previously took some courses in coding when I was a graphic design major.
ReplyDeleteThat must be a lot of hard work for you to be double major! I have just the one major and I have a really hard time keeping up with all the work we get. Most people would not double major, like me lol. It's too much work too quickly. Good luck with all your classes! Im sure you will do great!
